How we handle your information.

When you reserve your place at Further Together Couples Connect 2026, we collect your name, your partner's name (if provided), email, phone number, city, attendee count, your chosen package, payment preference, room preference, how you heard about us, any dietary needs, accessibility needs, prayer requests and anything you write in the questions box. When you send a contact message we keep your name, email, message reason and message. When you share a testimonial we keep your name or initials, the event you attended, your story and rating. When you leave a prayer on the prayer wall we keep the name you give us, the optional city and your prayer. If you subscribe to the newsletter we keep just your email address. We also store your WhatsApp contact consent and newsletter consent so we know how you've asked us to reach you.

We use this information to respond to your booking, arrange your retreat accommodation and meals, answer your questions, share prayer requests with the wider community (after a host has reviewed them), publish testimonials you've given us permission to share, and send occasional updates if you've opted in. We never use it for anything else.

Booking details are kept for as long as we need them to support your booking, and for up to 24 months afterwards. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact messages, testimonials and prayer requests are kept for up to 24 months unless you ask us to remove them sooner.

Only the small Further Together core team has access to this data. We never sell or share your details with third parties unless it's needed for booking, communication or payment processing, for example sharing a booking name with the venue or directing you to a payment provider.

We do not collect card details on this website. All payments are handled by trusted third-party providers. Their privacy policies apply when you use them.

You can ask us at any time to see, update or delete your information. Email us at hello@furthertogether.org and we'll act on it promptly.

This privacy notice is maintained by Further Together. We may update it from time to time, material changes will be shared via the newsletter.
