Further Together Couples Connect 2026 is a 3-day gathering for couples who want to step out of the noise and into something honest. We make space for guided sessions, real conversation, prayer, rest and a shared plan for the road ahead. No performance. No pressure. Just the kind of time marriages rarely get.

Six guided sessions on communication, intimacy, conflict, finances, family and shared vision, practical and unfussy.
Couple activities
Slow walks, shared journaling, prompted conversation, and a vision-mapping workshop you'll take home.
Prayer & reflection
Hosted prayer moments, optional morning liturgy, and quiet space that's actually quiet.
Food
Three meals a day, prepared with care. Vegetarian meals and most allergy requirements can be catered for. Tell us when you register.
Accommodation
Private en-suite rooms for each couple, in a country venue chosen for warmth and rest.
Travel
Full travel and arrival details are shared with confirmed couples. Lifts can usually be arranged from the nearest mainline station.
Do we have to be married to attend?
No. Married, engaged and committed couples are welcome. The retreat is for couples who want to grow together with intention. If you are unsure whether it is right for you, contact us and we can talk it through.
Is the retreat religious?
Further Together is faith-centred and shaped by Christian values, but the weekend is warm and welcoming. There will be prayer, reflection and worship moments, but nobody is put under pressure or made to perform.
How do we pay?
Once you register, the team will contact you with the next steps and a secure payment option. Payment plans are available.
What if we need to cancel?
Please contact the team as soon as possible. Refunds and transfers depend on timing, venue commitments and package type. Please check the refund policy or speak to the team.
Can we bring our children?
The retreat is designed as focused time for couples, so children are not included in the main retreat programme. If you have a specific situation, contact the team before booking.
What should we bring?
Comfortable clothes, anything you need for an overnight stay, a Bible or journal if you use one, and an open heart. Final details will be sent to confirmed couples before arrival.
Can we come if things are difficult between us?
Yes, as long as both of you are willing to attend respectfully. This is not a replacement for counselling or crisis support, but it can create space for honest conversation, prayer and reconnection.
Is this counselling?
No. The retreat includes teaching, guided conversation, prayer and couple exercises, but it is not formal marriage counselling or therapy.
