Refund Policy

What happens if you can't make it, or change your mind. Last updated 19 June 2026.

Cancellation policy

Retreat bookings are non-refundable. All registrations are final to cover pre-committed venue, catering and hosting costs. We do our best to be gracious in genuine hardship, please get in touch early.

Couple transfers allowed

If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your booking to another couple at no cost. Please email us with the new attendees' names at least 14 days before the retreat so we can update meals, rooming and any allergy notes.

Cancellation by the organisers

If a retreat is cancelled or postponed by Further Together, you'll receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future date.

Exceptional circumstances

Partial refunds may be considered at the organisers' discretion (for example serious illness or bereavement) when requested at least 30 days before the retreat.

Payment plans

We offer payment plans so cost is never the reason a couple misses a retreat. Instalments already paid count toward your place; if you withdraw, the cancellation policy above applies to the total booking value, not the amount paid so far.

Booking and processing fees

Any booking or payment-processing fees charged by the provider (for example Stripe, PayPal or Eventbrite) are non-refundable, as they are retained by the provider rather than by Further Together.

How to request a refund or transfer

Email hello@furthertogether.org with your booking reference. We aim to respond within 5 working days. Where a refund is approved, it is returned to the original payment method via the relevant provider.
